The core of this 110kV oil-immersed power transformer is laminated with high-quality oriented silicon steel sheets in multi-stage stepped structure and coated with curing paint on the surface. It features low loss, high efficiency, compact size, low partial discharge, low noise and strong short-circuit withstand capability. The windings adopt inner and outer stay strip structure. High-strength hard paper cylinders are arranged between windings and core as well as between adjacent windings, which effectively strengthens the resistance against short-circuit impact. An all-round positioning structure is applied between the active part and the tank to guarantee stability during transportation and operation, with a neat and elegant appearance.
