This 220kV three-phase three-winding on-load tap-changer high-voltage power transformer covers a maximum capacity of 420,000 kVA and adopts ONAN cooling system. By optimizing the quantity of flow guide partitions and adding oil inlet holes at the bottom of the transformer active part, the unit delivers greatly enhanced heat dissipation efficiency and lower winding temperature rise. Boasting outstanding short-circuit withstand capacity, low power loss and low noise, its overall performance reaches leading domestic and international standards. The transformer successfully passed the short-circuit withstand test hosted by China National Electrical Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center in 2025.
